  SA 1629. Mr. McCONNELL proposed an amendment to amendment SA 1628 
proposed by Mr. McConnell to the bill H.R. 1957, to amend the Internal 
Revenue Code of 1986 to modernize and improve the Internal Revenue 
Service, and for other purposes; as follows:

       Strike ``3 days'' and insert ``4 days''
