 SUPPORTING THE DESIGNATION OF MAY 15, 2020, AS NATIONAL SENIOR FRAUD 
                             AWARENESS DAY

  Mr. PORTMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 590, submitted earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 590) supporting the designation of 
     May 15, 2020, as ``National Senior Fraud Awareness Day'' to 
     raise awareness about the increasing number of fraudulent 
     schemes targeting seniors in the United States, to encourage 
     the implementation of policies to prevent those schemes, and 
     to improve protections from those schemes for seniors.

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection to proceeding to the 
measure?
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. PORTMAN. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed 
to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or 
debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
