              PERMISSION TO EXTEND DEBATE TIME ON H.R. 266

  Mr. NEAL. Madam Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that debate under 
clause 1(c) of rule XV on a motion to suspend the rules relating to the 
Senate amendment to H.R. 266 be extended to 2 hours.
