MALALA YOUSAFZAI SCHOLARSHIP ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 4508) to expand the number of scholarships
available to Pakistani women under the Merit and Needs-Based
Scholarship Program, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.

gentleman from Rhode Island (Mr. Cicilline) that the House suspend the
rules and pass the bill, as amended.

my control. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall

needed at my district; my sincerest apologies. Had I been present, I
