  SA 1281. Mr. CRUZ submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the joint resolution S.J. Res. 63, to direct the removal of 
United States Armed Forces from hostilities against the Islamic 
Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress; which was 
referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations; as follows:

       On page 5, line 18, insert ``or to restrict missions 
     related to force protection of United States aircraft, ships, 
     or personnel'' after ``attack''.
