PREVENTING ILLEGAL RADIO ABUSE THROUGH ENFORCEMENT ACT
Mrs. FISCHER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation be discharged from
further consideration of H.R. 583 and the Senate proceed to its
immediate consideration.

A bill (H.R. 583) to amend the Communications Act of 1934
to provide for enhanced penalties for pirate radio, and for
other purposes.
There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the
Senate proceeded to consider the bill, which was reported from the
Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.

considered made and laid upon the table.
