VERA C. RUBIN OBSERVATORY DESIGNATION ACT
Mr. LANKFORD. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation be discharged from
further consideration of H.R. 3196 and the Senate proceed to its
immediate consideration.

A bill (H.R. 3196) to designate the Large Synoptic Survey
Telescope as the ``Vera C. Rubin Observatory.''
There being no objection, the committee was discharged and the Senate
