OUTPATIENT CLINIC IN ODESSA, TEXAS, AS THE WILSON AND YOUNG MEDAL OF
HONOR VA CLINIC
Mrs. FISCHER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on Veterans' Affairs be discharged from further consideration
of H.R. 2334 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

A bill (H.R. 2334) to designate the Department of Veterans
Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Odessa, Texas,
as the ``Wilson and Young Medal of Honor VA Clinic''.
There being no objection, the committee was discharged and the Senate
proceeded to consider the bill.
