                 UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--H.R. 4566

  Mrs. FISCHER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that if the 
Senate receives H.R. 4566 and the text is identical to the text of S. 
2592, as introduced, that the Senate proceed to the immediate 
consideration of H.R. 4566; that the bill be considered read a third 
time; and that the Senate vote on the passage of the bill; finally, if 
passed, that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon 
the table with no intervening action or debate.
