DAY OF REMEMBRANCE FOR THE WORKERS OF THE NUCLEAR WEAPONS PROGRAM OF
THE UNITED STATES
Ms. COLLINS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and
the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 377.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 377) designating October 30, 2019, as
a national day of remembrance for the workers of the nuclear
weapons program of the United States.
There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
Ms. COLLINS. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed
to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be
considered made and laid upon the table.
