RECOGNIZING THE SEPTEMBER 11TH NATIONAL MEMORIAL TRAIL
Ms. MURKOWSKI. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Energy
and Natural Resources Committee be discharged from further
consideration and the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 267.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 267) recognizing the September 11th
National Memorial Trail as an important trail and greenway
all individuals should enjoy in honor of the heroes of
September 11th.
There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
Ms. MURKOWSKI. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed
to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be
considered made and laid upon the table.
