AMENDING TITLE 38, UNITED STATES CODE, TO REDUCE THE CREDIT HOUR
REQUIREMENT FOR THE EDITH NOURSE ROGERS STEM SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS
Mr. SCOTT of Florida. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on Veterans' Affairs be discharged and that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 2196.

A bill (H.R. 2196) to amend title 38, United States Code,
to reduce the credit hour requirement for the Edith Nourse
Rogers STEM Scholarship program of the Department of Veterans
Affairs.
