AMENDING TITLE 28, UNITED STATES CODE, TO ADD FLAGSTAFF AND YUMA TO THE
LIST OF LOCATIONS IN WHICH COURT SHALL BE HELD IN THE JUDICIAL DISTRICT
FOR THE STATE OF ARIZONA
Mr. SCOTT of Florida. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 1569, which was
received from the House and is at the desk.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The bill clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 1569) to amend title 28, United States Code,
to add Flagstaff and Yuma to the list of locations in which
court shall be held in the judicial district for the State of
Arizona.
