proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the following 
nomination, which the clerk will report.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of Wendy Williams Berger, 
of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District 
of Florida.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the Berger nomination?
