  Mr. SHIMKUS. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 962, 
the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, and ask for its 
immediate consideration in the House.
