                           SIGNING AUTHORITY

  Mr. RUBIO. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the majority 
leader, the senior Senator from South Carolina, the junior Senator from 
Oklahoma, and the junior Senator from North Carolina be authorized to 
sign duly enrolled bills or joint resolutions from June 27 through the 
July 8.
