XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of the Whole House
on the state of the Union for the further consideration of the bill,
H.R. 3055.

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 3055) making appropriations for the Departments of
Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 2020, and for other purposes, with Mr. Peters
(Acting Chair) in the chair.

The Acting CHAIR. When the Committee of the Whole rose earlier today,
amendment No. 289 printed in House Report 116-119 offered by the
gentlewoman from Massachusetts (Ms. Pressley) had been disposed of.
