Mr. MARKEY. Mr. President, I was necessarily absent, but had I been
present, I would have voted no on rollcall vote No. 141, the
confirmation of Susan Combs to be Assistant Secretary of the Interior.
I was necessarily absent but had I been present, would have voted no
on rollcall vote No. 142, the motion to invoke cloture on Ryan T.
Holte, to be a judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
I was necessarily absent but, had I been present, would have voted no
on rollcall vote No. 143, the motion to invoke cloture on Rossie David
Alston, Jr., to be U.S. district judge for the Eastern District of
Virginia.
I was necessarily absent but, had I been present, would have voted no
on rollcall vote No. 144, the motion to invoke cloture on Richard A.
Hertling, to be a judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
