  SA 210. Mr. TILLIS (for himself and Mr. Burr) submitted an amendment 
intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 268, making 
supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 
2019, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       On page 18, line 5, strike ``$200,000,000'' and insert 
     ``$1,180,000,000''.
       On page 19, line 11, strike ``$35,000,000'' and insert 
     ``$96,000,000''.
       On page 20, line 5, strike ``$740,000,000'' and insert 
     ``$1,500,000,000''.
       On page 55, line 7, strike ``$1,060,000,000'' and insert 
     ``$2,940,000,000''.
