AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES BY COMMITTEES OF THE SENATE FOR PERIODS MARCH 
 1, 2019 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2019, OCTOBER 1, 2019 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 
        30, 2020, AND OCTOBER 1, 2020 THROUGH FEBRUARY 28, 2021

  Mr. BLUNT. Mr. President, as if in legislative session, I ask 
unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of 
Calendar No. 25, S. Res. 70.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The assistant bill clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 70) authorizing expenditures by 
     committees of the Senate for the periods March 1, 2019 
     through September 30, 2019, October 1, 2019 through September 
     30, 2020, and October 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. BLUNT. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to 
and that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the 
table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The resolution (S. Res. 70) was agreed to.
