   ELECTING MEMBERS TO A CERTAIN STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE HOUSE OF 
                            REPRESENTATIVES

  Ms. CHENEY. Mr. Speaker, by direction of the House Republican 
Conference, I send to the desk a privileged resolution and ask for its 
immediate consideration.
  The Clerk read the resolution, as follows:

                              H. Res. 113

       Resolved, That the following named Members be, and are 
     hereby, elected to the following standing committee of the 
     House of Representatives:
       Committee on Ethics: Mr. Ratcliffe, Mr. Holding, Mrs. 
     Walorski, Mr. Guest.

  Ms. CHENEY (during the reading). Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent 
that the resolution be considered as read.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Is there objection to the request of the 
gentlewoman from Wyoming?
  There was no objection.
  The resolution was agreed to.
  A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
