PUT TRAFFICKING VICTIMS FIRST ACT OF 2019
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 507) to direct the Attorney General to study issues
relating to human trafficking, and for other purposes, on which the
yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.

and pass the bill.

rollcall No. 71.
PERSONAL EXPLANATION
Mr. STEUBE. Mr. Speaker, I missed this vote series due to a death in
the family. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on rollcall
