  SA 112. Ms. MURKOWSKI submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
to amendment SA 111 submitted by Ms. Murkowski (for herself and Mr. 
Manchin) and intended to be proposed to the bill S. 47, to provide for 
the management of the natural resources of the United States, and for 
other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       Strike section 2402 and insert the following:

     SEC. 2402. HISTORICALLY BLACK COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES 
                   HISTORIC PRESERVATION PROGRAM REAUTHORIZED.

       Section 507(d)(2) of the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands 
     Management Act of 1996 (54 U.S.C. 302101 note) is amended by 
     striking the period at the end and inserting ``and each of 
     fiscal years 2019 through 2025.''.
