  SA 156. Mr. LEE (for himself and Mr. Lankford) submitted an amendment 
intended to be proposed to amendment SA 111 submitted by Ms. Murkowski 
(for herself and Mr. Manchin) and intended to be proposed to the bill 
S. 47, to provide for the management of the natural resources of the 
United States, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the 
table; as follows:

       In section 3001, strike subsection (a) and insert the 
     following:
       (a) In General.--Section 200302 of title 54, United States 
     Code, is amended--
       (1) in subsection (b), in the matter preceding paragraph 
     (1), by striking ``September 30, 2018'' and inserting 
     ``September 30, 2028''; and
       (2) in subsection (c)(1), by striking ``September 30, 
     2018'' and inserting ``September 30, 2028''.
