  SA 137. Mr. BARRASSO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
to amendment SA 111 submitted by Ms. Murkowski (for herself and Mr. 
Manchin) and intended to be proposed to the bill S. 47, to provide for 
the management of the natural resources of the United States, and for 
other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       On page 236, line 9, insert ``, including full development 
     of any apportionment made in accordance with any interstate 
     water compact'' after ``Act''.
