  SA 131. Mr. MARKEY (for himself and Ms. Warren) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 47, to provide 
for the management of the natural resources of the United States, and 
for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the end of subtitle E of title II, add the following:

     SEC. 24____. CAPE COD NATIONAL SEASHORE ADVISORY COMMISSION.

       Effective September 26, 2018, section 8(a) of Public Law 
     87-126 (16 U.S.C. 459b-7(a)) is amended in the second 
     sentence by striking ``2018'' and inserting ``2028''.
