  SA 130. Mr. BURR (for himself and Mr. Tillis) submitted an amendment 
intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 47, to provide for the 
management of the natural resources of the United States, and for other 
purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the end of title VII, add the following:

     SEC. 70__. BEACH RENOURISHMENT PROJECTS.

       Section 6(a)(6)(G) of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act (16 
     U.S.C. 3505(a)(6)(G)) is amended by inserting ``, including 
     beach renourishment projects that remove sand material within 
     a System unit for placement on or near a shoreline that is 
     not within the System'' after ``stabilization system''.
