  SA 127. Mr. LANKFORD (for himself, Mr. Inhofe, and Mr. Braun) 
submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 111 
submitted by Ms. Murkowski (for herself and Mr. Manchin) and intended 
to be proposed to the bill S. 47, to provide for the management of the 
natural resources of the United States, and for other purposes; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In section 200304(b)(1) of title 54, United States Code (as 
     added by section 3001(b)(3)), strike ``purposes'' and insert 
     ``purposes, of which not less than 5 percent shall be used 
     for deferred maintenance needs on Federal land''.
