  SA 120. Mr. BARRASSO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill S. 47, to provide for the management of the natural 
resources of the United States, and for other purposes; which was 
ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the end of section 3001, add the following:
       (f) Allowable Purposes.--Section 200306(a) of title 54, 
     United States Code, is amended--
       (1) by resdesignating paragraphs (3) and (4) as paragraphs 
     (4) and (5), respectively; and
       (2) by inserting after paragraph (2) the following:
       ``(3) Conservation activities.--Amounts shall be allotted 
     for conservation activities, including invasive species 
     control, prevention, and mitigation efforts, to improve the 
     ecological health of Federal land and water resources.''.
