  SA 47. Mr. SHELBY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 268, making supplemental appropriations for the 
fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       Strike all after section 1101 and insert the following:

              TITLE XII--FURTHER CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS

       Sec. 1201.  The Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019 
     (division C of Public Law 115-245) is further amended--
       (1) by striking the date specified in section 105(3) and 
     inserting ``February 8, 2019''; and
       (2) by adding after section 136 the following:
       ``Sec. 137.  Notwithstanding section 101, subsection (a) of 
     section 230 in division F of Public Law 115-141 shall not 
     apply during the period covered by this Act.''.
