  SA 29. Mr. LEE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 5 proposed by Mr. McConnell (for Mr. Shelby) to the bill 
H.R. 268, making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending 
September 30, 2019, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on 
the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, add the following:

     SEC. __. SPECIAL IMMIGRANT JUVENILE STATUS FOR IMMIGRANTS 
                   UNABLE TO REUNITE WITH EITHER PARENT.

       Section 101(a)(27)(J)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality 
     Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(27)(J)(i)) is amended by striking ``1 
     or both of the immigrant's parents'' and inserting ``either 
     one of the immigrant's parents''.
