  Ms. MURKOWSKI. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 25, submitted earlier 
today.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will report the

       A resolution (S. Res. 25) designating January 20 through 
     January 26, 2019, as ``National School Choice Week.''

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.

resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no 
intervening action or debate.
