NATHANIEL P. REED HOBE SOUND NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE
Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I now ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on Environment and Public Works be discharged from further
consideration of S. 3456 and that the Senate proceed to its immediate
consideration.

A bill (S. 3456) to redesignate Hobe Sound National
Wildlife Refuge as the Nathaniel P. Reed Hobe Sound National
Wildlife Refuge, and for other purposes.

Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION OF THE HOBE SOUND NATIONAL WILDLIFE
REFUGE.
(a) Redesignation.--The Hobe Sound National Wildlife
Refuge, located in the State of Florida, is redesignated as
the ``Nathaniel P. Reed Hobe Sound National Wildlife
Refuge''.
(b) References.--Any reference in any statute, rule,
regulation, Executive order, publication, map, paper, or
other document of the United States to the Hobe Sound
National Wildlife Refuge is deemed to refer to the Nathaniel
P. Reed Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge.
