RECOGNIZING THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE UNITED
STATES CADET NURSE CORPS
Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of S. Res 737, submitted earlier
today.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 737) recognizing the 75th anniversary
of the establishment of the United States Cadet Nurse Corps
and expressing the appreciation of the Senate for the
contribution of the members of the United States Cadet Nurse
Corps during World War II.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolution.
Mr. CORNYN. I further ask that the resolution be agreed to, that the
preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be made and
laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
