  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following bills received 
from the House: H.R. 1850, H.R. 5205, H.R. 5475, H.R. 6059, H.R. 6167, 
H.R. 6335, H.R. 6930, H.R. 7230, and H.R. 7243.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bills 
en bloc.

considered read a third time and passed and that the motions to
