UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--S.J. RES. 54
Mr. GARDNER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that at 1:45 p.m.
on Thursday, December 13, all time be considered expired on S.J. Res.
54 and the Senate vote in relation to the following amendments in the
order listed, with 2 minutes equally divided in the usual form prior to
each vote and no second-degrees in order: Young No. 4080, Cornyn No.
4096, Cornyn No. 4090, Cornyn No. 4095, Cotton No. 4097, Cotton No.
4098, and Sanders No. 4105. I further ask that following disposition of
the amendments, the resolution, as amended, if amended, be read a third
time and the Senate vote on passage with no intervening action or
debate.
