RECOGNIZING THE HERITAGE, CULTURE, AND CONTRIBUTIONS OF AMERICAN
INDIAN, ALASKA NATIVE, AND NATIVE HAWAIIAN WOMEN IN THE UNITED STATES
Mr. GARDNER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Indian
Affairs Committee be discharged from further consideration and that the
Senate now proceed to S. Res. 444.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 444) recognizing the heritage,
culture, and contributions of American Indian, Alaska Native,
and Native Hawaiian women in the United States.
There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
Mr. GARDNER. I know of no further debate on the measure.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there further debate?
If not, the question is on agreeing to the resolution.
The resolution (S. Res. 444) was agreed to.
Mr. GARDNER. I ask unanimous consent that the preamble be agreed to
and that the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the
table with no intervening action or debate.
