EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN PROGRAM REAUTHORIZATION ACT OF 
                                  2018

  Mr. PERDUE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 695, S. 3482.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 3482) to amend the Public Health Service Act to 
     reauthorize the Emergency Medical Services for Children 
     program.

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection to proceeding to the 
measure?
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, 
which had been reported from the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, 
and Pensions.
  Mr. PERDUE. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be considered read 
a third time and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made 
and laid upon the table.

       Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of 
     the United States of America in Congress assembled,

     SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

       This Act may be cited as the ``Emergency Medical Services 
     for Children Program Reauthorization Act of 2018''.

     SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR 
                   CHILDREN PROGRAM.

       Section 1910(d) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 
     300w-9(d)) is amended by inserting before the period the 
     following: ``, and $22,334,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 
     through 2024''.
