  SA 4074. Mr. PERDUE (for Mr. Blunt (for himself and Mr. Coons)) 
proposed an amendment to the bill S. 2961, to reauthorize subtitle A of 
the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990; as follows:

       On page 28, line 3, strike ``$19,000,000'' and insert 
     ``$16,000,000''.
       On page 28, line 7, strike ``$6,000,000'' and insert 
     ``$5,000,000''.
