                  ORDERS FOR MONDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2018

  Mr. CORNYN. I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes 
its business today, it adjourn until 4 p.m. Monday, December 10; 
further, that following the prayer and the pledge, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the 
time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, 
and morning business be closed; finally, following leader remarks, and 
notwithstanding the provisions of rule XXII, the Senate proceed to 
executive session and resume the consideration of the Muzinich 
nomination, with the cloture motion filed during today's session 
ripening at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
