                              ADJOURNMENT

  Mr. COLLINS of Georgia. I move that the House do now adjourn.
  The motion was agreed to; accordingly (at 3 o'clock and 53 minutes 
p.m.), pursuant to House Resolution 1167, and under its previous order, 
the House adjourned until Thursday, December 6, 2018, at noon as a 
further mark of respect to the memory of the late Honorable George 
Herbert Walker Bush, forty-first President of the United States.
