STRENGTHENING COASTAL COMMUNITIES ACT OF 2018
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to the order of the House of
November 13, 2018, and clause 8 of rule XX, the unfinished business is
the question on suspending the rules and passing the bill (H.R. 5787)
to amend the Coastal Barrier Resources Act to give effect to more
accurate maps of units of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources
System that were produced by digital mapping of such units, and for
other purposes, as amended.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Lamborn) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill, as amended.

being in the affirmative, the ayes have it.

changed their vote from ``nay'' to ``yea.''
So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the bill, as amended, was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
