            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. ISAKSON. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the cloture 
motion for the Stewart nomination be withdrawn and the Senate vote on 
confirmation of the Stewart nomination and, if confirmed, the motion to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table and the President 
be immediately notified of the Senate's action.
