  Mr. FLAKE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that all 
postcloture time on the Dreiband nomination expire at 2 p.m. today and 
that the Senate vote on confirmation of the Dreiband nomination with no 
intervening action or debate; further, that if confirmed, the motion to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table and that the 
President be immediately notified of the Senate's action.
