  SA 4047. Mr. CORKER submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 3342, to impose sanctions on foreign persons that 
are responsible for gross violations of internationally recognized 
human rights by reason of the use by Hizballah of civilians as human 
shields, and for other purposes; which was referred to the Committee on 
Foreign Relations; as follows:

       Amend the title so as to read: ``An Act to impose sanctions 
     with respect to foreign persons that are responsible for 
     using civilians as human shields, and for other purposes.''.
