EXPRESSING THE SENSE OF THE SENATE REGARDING THE 6888TH CENTRAL POSTAL
DIRECTORY BATTALION AND CELEBRATING BLACK HISTORY MONTH
Mr. SULLIVAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Armed
Services Committee be discharged from further consideration and the
Senate now proceed to S. Res. 412.

A resolution (S. Res. 412) expressing the sense of the
Senate regarding the 6888th Central Postal Directory
Battalion and celebrating Black History Month.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
