CYBERSECURITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE SECURITY AGENCY ACT OF 2017
Mr. SULLIVAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs be discharged
from further consideration of H.R. 3359 and the Senate proceed to its
immediate consideration.

A bill (H.R. 3359) to amend the Homeland Security Act of
2002 to authorize the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure
Security Agency of the Department of Homeland Security, and
for other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. SULLIVAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Murkowski amendment at the desk be agreed to; that the Johnson
substitute amendment, as amended, be agreed to; that the bill, as
amended, be considered read a third time and passed; and that the
motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.

On page 17, line 16, insert ``, including the authority
provided to the Sector-Specific Agency specified in section
61003(c) of division F of the Fixing America's Surface
Transportation Act (6 U.S.C. 121 note; Public Law 114-94)''
after ``agency''.
The amendment (No. 4043) in the nature of a substitute, as amended,
was agreed to.
