CYBERTIPLINE MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2018
Mr. PERDUE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 582, S. 3170.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (S. 3170) to amend title 18, United States Code, to
make certain changes to the reporting requirement of certain
service providers regarding child sexual exploitation visual
depictions, and for other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill,
which had been reported from the Committee on the Judiciary.
Mr. PERDUE. I ask unanimous consent that the Grassley amendment at
the desk be agreed to; that the bill, as amended, be considered read a
third time and passed; and that the motion to reconsider be considered
made and laid upon the table.
