ENCOURAGING SMALL BUSINESS INNOVATORS
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the question on
suspending the rules and passing the bill (H.R. 6368) to encourage R&D
small business set-asides, to encourage SBIR and STTR participants to
serve as mentors under the Small Business Administration's mentor-
protege program, to promote the use of interagency contracts, and for
other purposes.

gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Chabot) that the House suspend the rules and
pass the bill.
