  SA 4021. Mr. HATCH (for Mr. Alexander) proposed an amendment to 
amendment SA 4022 proposed by Mr. Hatch (for himself, Mr. Grassley, 
Mrs. Feinstein, Mr. Alexander, Mr. Whitehouse, Mr. Coons, and Mr. 
Wyden) to the bill H.R. 1551, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 
1986 to modify the credit for production from advanced nuclear power 
facilities; as follows:

       On page 1, line 5, strike ``Music Modernization Act'' and 
     insert ``Orrin G. Hatch Music Modernization Act''.
